A $5 million waterfront mansion in suburban St. Louis County will sell at auction for $9 million, but that’s not the most valuable piece of property in the house.
FourFourTwo is reporting on the sale of a five-bedroom house in the St. Charles, Missouri, suburb of Morgan Hill.
The property is owned by former president George W. Bush’s son-in-law and longtime donor George H.W. Bush.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009, and was listed for sale in February.
The auction house is putting the sale up for bids on Sunday, April 1, at the St Charles County Museum.
The auction house says it will be the largest house in St. James County and will be among the largest sales in Missouri history.
The house is on a private beach, and the property is located in a suburb of the St Louis city of St. Clair.
The St. Johnsbury, Missouri-based auction house said the house is “essentially the same size as the former president’s former residence,” but with a much bigger yard and additional features.
The estate includes a lake house, a guest house and a two-car garage, according to the listing.
It also includes an art gallery, a golf course, a theater, and a basketball arena.
The estate includes two golf courses and a tennis courts, among other amenities.
There are also two golf ball rental properties.
The home also has a private lake, a tennis court, a fitness center, a spa and a private gym, among others.
The listing says the property has been on the market for several years.
