Vanguard funds, a way for the rich to make more money, have been growing in popularity over the last few years.
Now it seems they are getting into the lucrative real estate market as well.
The $10k investment fund Vanguard funds are being offered by some banks and investment firms is being offered to the public as a way to raise money for real estate development.
According to Bloomberg, investors who sign up with the service will be able to invest up to $10 million in real estate companies.
It comes after Vanguard, one of the biggest fund managers in the world, raised $4.4 billion in a $20 billion Series B round earlier this year.
With a focus on high-yield investment funds and small businesses, Vanguard has been making waves in the investment space since its launch.
With a growing population and increasing wealth, people are increasingly looking to invest in the industry as well as other financial services like insurance.
While the market is growing, there is still a lot of demand for realty investments.
According for instance, there are over 8,000 companies listed on the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s market data website and the market cap for the funds currently stands at $5.5 trillion.
According to Forbes, more than one-third of all US real estate investors are millennials, making them prime candidates for the investment fund.
While the market has matured and the returns are still high, it is still unclear how much real estate is being made today.
The average age of investors in the US is now just 27.
